What is shabu shabu?
Shabu-shabu is a hot pot dish that I bet many of you have already know. It is a cuisine that was introduced to Japan in the 20th century with the opening of the restaurant "Suehiro" in Osaka where the name was invented. This simple hot pot dish become so popular that even the western country accepted this food. Filipino is one of the well known fans of shabu shabu that is why many of the restaurant here in the Philippines offered this hot pot dish. Unfortunately some of this restaurant is expensive. Sound hopeless right? But we are lucky that we found a shabu shabu dish that cost only 49 pesos. Yes you read it right, 49 pesos only!

Thai and Korea cuisine are their target to be included soon in their menu list.

F8 Shabu Shabu sounds like a real hidden gem in Sta. Mesa! 🍲 For only ₱49, being able to enjoy a comforting bowl of shabu-shabu is such a steal—plus the whole “cook-your-own” experience makes dining even more fun. I also like how they’re planning to expand their menu to include Thai and Korean dishes, which will definitely add more variety. While checking scores on Thai Livescore, I could totally imagine slurping ramen or sharing a boodle fight with friends here. Definitely a budget-friendly spot worth visiting!
